Terms of Service | Ticket Bot

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketBot (the "Service"), operated by Hunter Mods ("we", "us", or "our"). By adding TicketBot to a Discord server or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You must also have the necessary permissions (e.g. "Manage Server") in any Discord server where you install TicketBot.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the bot or dashboard.
Use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or servers.
Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Service in ways not intended by its design.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or server found in violation of these terms.

3. Premium Subscriptions

TicketBot offers a Premium plan with additional features available for a monthly subscription fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access to Premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Prices may change with reasonable notice provided via our Discord support server or the dashboard.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

The TicketBot name, logo, dashboard design, and source code are the property of Hunter Mods. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our branding without explicit permission.

Content generated by your server (ticket messages, notes, transcripts) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunter Mods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord support server.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hunter Mods operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
